The working hours of the contact center for reservations are every day from 09:00 to 22:00.

The reservation must be made no later than 2 hours before the vehicle is picked up.

Payment is currently made exclusively in cash, according to the middle exchange rate of the National Bank of Serbia. The exception is legal entities, for which there is a possibility of a different method of payment.

All reservations made between 08:00 and 22:00 will be processed as soon as possible.
Reservations received from 22:00 to 09:00 will be processed upon opening of business hours.

If the vehicle is not damaged, the deposit is returned immediately after the vehicle is returned.

If a traffic accident occurs during the rental, the user is obliged to:

He calls the police so that an official investigation can be carried out and a police report on the accident is drawn up.

⚠ Without a police record, the user bears full responsibility and all costs of damages, regardless of insurance.

If the vehicle breaks down, you need to notify the agency immediately, so that we can provide you with the necessary technical support or a replacement vehicle. Loss of documents, license plates or vehicle keys The loss or theft of documents, license plates or keys must be reported to the nearest police station, where you will receive a confirmation of the incident. Important: All adverse events must be reported to the police and an official record must be made, regardless of the existence of insurance. The deposit is returned immediately upon the return of the vehicle, after the vehicle`s condition has been checked by the employees.
